Important Notice to Our Patients

Retirement of Gabriel A. Rodriguez, M.D. and Practice Closure

Dear Patients,

After many years of caring for our patients and serving the North Texas community, Gabriel A. Rodriguez, M.D. will be retiring from active clinical practice at Microsurgery Spine & Pain Institute, PLLC d/b/a The Pain Relief Center.

After careful consideration and in preparation for retirement from active clinical practice, Dr. Rodriguez and The Pain Relief Center are proceeding with an orderly practice closure and patient transition.

The final patient-care date for The Pain Relief Center will be September 23, 2026.

Patients currently under our care are encouraged to establish care with another physician or appropriate healthcare provider as soon as possible to avoid interruption in treatment. Every patient remains free to choose the physician or practice they prefer.

Patients may contact their insurance carrier, primary care physician, or referring physician for assistance locating another pain-management provider. Our office can also provide courtesy referral resources upon request. Acceptance as a patient, insurance participation, medications, procedures, and future treatment decisions will be determined independently by the receiving provider.
