Dr. Gabriel Rodriguez
Dr. Gabriel Rodriguez is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician in the Dallas and Plano area who is dedicated to the eradication of pain.
Dr. Rodriguez received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Following this, he completed his anesthesia residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL (ranked among the very best pain management programs in the country by U.S.News & World Report) and continued his training in the pain relief fellowship. He is now a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine, as well as a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Rodriguez approaches pain management from an individualized perspective and diligently prepares a comprehensive pain treatment plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Linh Ngo, DO PMNR
Dr. Ngo is a dedicated PM&R and Pain Physician with a passion for helping patients reclaim their quality of life. He earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, completed his residency in PM&R at Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, and pursued a fellowship in Pain Management at West Virginia University.
His clinical expertise encompasses a range of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, enabling him to address pain conditions effectively. Dr. Ngo is committed to delivering cutting-edge care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Lauren Farbiak, PA-C
Lauren Farbiak, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant working in pain management at the Pain Relief Center in Plano, Texas. With a strong foundation in orthopedic surgery and joint replacement, Lauren brings a wealth of experience to her role, focusing on providing comprehensive and individualized pain management care.
Lauren earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She has furthered her expertise through a Master of Science in Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas, where she graduated with honors. Her commitment to excellence in patient care is reflected in her advanced training and extensive clinical experience.
Lauren is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment for her patients. She takes the time to thoroughly assess each patient’s condition and works with them to develop a customized treatment plan that addresses their specific pain management needs. By incorporating a variety of approaches, including minimally invasive procedures, joint injections, and careful medication management, Lauren strives to provide relief and improve her patients’ overall well-being. Her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their pain management and lead a more fulfilling life.

Michelle Ulanowski, CRNA
Michelle Ulanowski is a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a distinguished career in Anesthesia.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University and went on to complete her Master in Science in Anesthesia at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. Michelle’s professional journey has taken her from mentoring residents from Baylor College of Medicine at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, to specializing in Anesthesia for ENT and Facial Plastics in Los Angeles, and dedicating the past decade to Pain and Spine Anesthesia in Dallas-Ft Worth.
As Director of Anesthesia for The Pain Relief Center, Michelle is dedicated to advancing patient care through the development and implementation of specialized protocols to enhance and ensure optimal patient comfort.
